Business Licenses

To obtain a Millard County Business License you must submit a business license application to the Millard County Clerk's Office.  The first two pages of the application must be submitted for all business types.  You are responsible for obtaining all required signatures for the approval of the business license.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  Once all signatures are obtained the application will go before the Commission at the next scheduled Commission Meeting.  Once the Commission has approved the application the license will be printed and sent to the address listed on the application.  The license will need to be renewed every year the same month it is approved.
